Yes we know, we absolutely love tea too, and we’ve always got to have a comforting cup in the morning. Swap your sugar for a spoonful of Manuka and give yourself a sweet start to the day. If you are more of a coffee fan, this works well in a cup of Joe too. With the winter months firmly knocking at the door, there isn’t a better way to get your daily dose than with a nice hot drink to fight away all those grizzly coughs and colds. For an extra kick, add a slice of lemon to black tea, and breathe deep! You deserve it!

2. Spread it on your toast

Not only do we just love tea, but we also love a nice bit of toast to go with it too. Spread a thin layer of Manuka Honey over a warm slice in the morning, and take a swig of tea to wash it down.

We would recommend using wholegrain bread, just because it’s so yummy!

3. Drizzle in on your Oats/Porridge

Oats are a sure-fire way to start your day with a bang! Add a little drizzle to a bowl of warm oats or hot porridge and we’re certain your energy will last for hours! Oats and Porridge are great for hair growth too, so it’s a double whammy!

4. Slap it in a Smoothie

Manuka works well as a sweetener and can be a fantastic addition to those homemade smoothies you just love to make. Add a small teaspoon for an extra lift!

5. Fresh fruit and Yoghurt

Yummy, yummy, we are drooling already! Who doesn’t love a big bowl of yoghurt and fresh fruit? Give your bowl a drizzle and you can thank us later!
